Context of Research Project within a Subject of Human Capital
The concept of a harmonious and socially responsible, on the one hand, occupies an important place in the current policy agenda at the national level (at least in Russia), and, on the other hand, also reflects key ideas about human potential, the factors that shape it and ways to measure it, developed by researchers at Human Capital Multidisciplinary Research Center, as well as components of ongoing international scientific discussions.
This concept reflects the need for a holistic approach to analyzing individuals, considering a wide range of aspects of their activity and areas for self-fulfillment (not only at work), as well as a diverse set of individual characteristics that affect their well-being (skills and values). This concept also emphasizes the social responsibility of individuals, their contribution to social development and the well-being of the society, considering the diverse scale and nature of these contributions in different social groups and according to different social contexts.
The scientific project “Harmonious and Socially Responsible Personality: Conceptualization Considering the Role of Agency and Value Systems, Determination of the Conditions for Formation and Creation of a Specialized Information Platform” focuses on the development of an integral theoretical and methodological concept of harmonious and socially responsible personality on the basis of agency (autonomy, independence, initiativeness) and value-normative orientations, as well as on the acknowledgement of the conditions for its formation.

Conceptualization of the concept of harmonious and socially responsible personality considering the role of agency and value orientations, determination of the conditions for its formation and creation of a specialized information platform with regular updates.
Project Objectives:
- Developing a theoretical and methodological concept of a harmonious and socially responsible personality and determining the conditions for its formation
- Determining the role of social responsibility in personality development
- Determining sustainable values of Russian society and their role in the formation of a harmonious and socially responsible personality
- Developing and maintaining a specialized information platform for sharing research findings and proposals for conceptualization of a harmonious and socially responsible individual

The historical analysis of the genesis of the concept of a harmonious and socially responsible personality has been carried out. Recommendations for the theoretical and methodological modernization of the concept of a harmonious and socially responsible personality in modern conditions have been proposed.
