Context of Research Project within a Subject of Human Capital

In the era of accelerated digital transformation, the need to integrate the knowledge of an individual into the space of intercultural dialogue is obvious, which implies solidarity that excludes political, ethnic, religious and other boundaries. The main result of education is the ability to act in conditions of uncertainty and permanent displacement of planning horizons, which is facilitated by the development of soft competencies - important components of human potential.

The research project Plurilingual Intercultural Creative Keys is aimed at creating a learning system (Plurilingual Intercultural Creative Keys; PICK: https://pick.hse.ru/), aimed at the development of multilingual, intercultural and creative competencies, respectively
