Context of Research Project within a Subject of Human Capital

Digitalization processes have positive and negative consequences for the whole society and the life of an individual, and digital transformations initiate new challenges for human development at the global, regional and local levels. The involvement of various segments of society in the digital environment depends both on external factors (necessary settlement infrastructure, income, relevant services and their quality, environment, etc.), which can be measured by general scientific methods, and on internal factors (general social attitudes, motivation, skills, perceived balance of risks and benefits, etc.), requiring fine tuning of theoretical optics and the development of specialized research tools.

The research project Analyzing the Impact of Digital Technologies on Human Activities, Generation and Dissemination of Knowledge is aimed at studying the underlying mechanisms that determine the transformational impact of digital technologies on human potential, economy and society.
