Context of Research Project within a Subject of Human Capital

The transformation of economic and social systems under the influence of new technologies and the reflection of these processes in the patterns of behavior of the population, business strategies, the functioning of social institutions, the agenda of public administration is a key global trend that has determined the development of human capital and an increase in its contribution to sustainable development. The need to deepen the understanding of the role of man in the economy and society in a rapidly changing technological environment, futures studies involving the foresight of promising technologies capable to to respond to Grand Challenges in economy and society, as well as opportunities for their implementation, are becoming increasingly relevant.

The research project Identifying Global Trends and Challenges Related to Human Development Taking into Account the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic is focused on human beings and their lives and will include a comprehensive assessment of the impact of technology on improving human health, developing his abilities, mitigating social inequality and injustice, and its results will become the basis for decision-making and identifying priorities for funding research and development

Forming a target vision of the prospects for the development of human capital research areas in Russia, as well as proposals for its implementation

  2. Identifying promising areas of scientific and technological development of human capital and preparation of proposals for their implementation
