The structure of the conference and the topics of the working sections emphasized the comprehensiveness of the scientist's work and his encyclopedic potential.
The specialists of the Institute for Social Policy set the task of forming a museum-reserve of an outstanding scientist in his homeland on the basis of the memorial estates of Ryazanka and Gremyachka, located on the border of the Lipetsk and Ryazan regions. The boundaries of the museum-reserve, its structure, courses of action, functional zoning of the memorial territory were substantiated.
