Digitalization of the labor market has led to the emergence of non-standard forms of employment, which on the one hand create an inclusive environment for workers, but on the other hand contribute to the precariousness of work and the discussion of social protection issues. This transformation of the labor market is in the spotlight of the new issue of trendletters, produced as part of a joint project of the Human Capital Multidisciplinary Research Center and the UNESCO Futures Studies Chair (UNESCO Futures Literacy Chairs network).
